Our Returns Policy

At Gardening Gifts Co., we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or need to make a return. We offer a generous 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item. The returns window for orders placed in the month of December is extended. Any orders placed in December have until the last day of January to return items for a refund.

To ensure a smooth return process, ensure that the item is unused, retains its tags, and is in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our return policy for safety and hygiene reasons. Looking to exchange? The quickest way is to send back the item you've got and place a separate order for the one you desire. Once we receive your return and it’s accepted, you can go ahead with your new purchase.

Refunds Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If it's approved, expect the refund to reflect in your original payment method within 10 business days.
