We've stopped trading

Gardening Gifts Co. stopped taking orders on 20 October 2026. This page explains what that means if you've ordered from us, and how to get in touch.

A thank-you from us

I started Gardening Gifts Co. in 2023 because I kept struggling to find the perfect present for my partner, Lowa, who loves gardening. I had a feeling I wasn't the only one, and it turned out thousands of you felt the same. Lowa and I have run the business together ever since, and helping you find gifts for the gardeners in your life has been a real joy. Thank you to everyone who bought from us, sent a kind word, or recommended us to a friend.

If you've placed an order

We will be sending every order that has been placed. If your order hasn't arrived, please email us at hello@gardeninggifts.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it.

Returns

Our usual returns policy still applies. Please send returns to:

The last day to return an item is 19 November 2026. Please email us before sending anything back so we can look out for your parcel.

Faulty items

While we're still able to help: please contact us directly. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and offer a repair, replacement or refund depending on your situation and when you bought the item.

Once we have fully closed: we will no longer be able to deal with returns or refunds. At that point, please contact the manufacturer or brand directly. Many of the brands we stock offer manufacturer warranties and can help with replacements.

Gift cards

If you have an unused Gardening Gifts Co. gift card, please email hello@gardeninggifts.co.uk with the gift card code before Monday, 18 January 2027.

Your account and personal data

We will delete customer accounts and personal data three months after we stopped trading, or when the business closes permanently, whichever comes first. We will not sell or share your data with anyone. We will keep only the records we are legally required to hold, such as accounting records.
